It's 1/15 the price of a GoPro, so you can start playing with mounting options without worrying about losing it, but there are some important caveats that may make you consider a more expensive camera:Con: At defaults settings, camera will silently stop recording when the maximum file size is reached. Recording time is limited by the 4 gigabyte file size limit of the fat32 file system on the sd card. With the default settings, it will quietly stop recording after roughly 23 minutes (at 1080 resolution). I thought it would start new files until the card was full, but no.Con: Uses old, lossy video compression. This camera records MJPEG in an AVI container (widely compatible but a larger file size for a given length of time the newer h.264 codec). Video from this camera may have to be transcoded before it will play back on your TV.Con: I was hoping to take stills and video at the same time (like a GoPro), but this camera stops taking timelapse stills when you start taking video. Camera did not advertise this feature, but I was hoping.Pro: worked with third party GoPro mounts purchased from Amazon.Pro: the battery lasted almost exactly the advertised 90 minutes.

I really wanted to love this camera as being one of the great examples of an inexpensive Chinese knockoff that provided adequate performance to the premium cameras. It came in a very nice box and includes several useful attachments for the plastic protective case, allowing you to mount it in various ways. The camera's operation is pretty simple, and there aren't a bunch of fancy settings. I wanted something simple and it seemed to fit the bill. The price is great, and although it's not the cheapest camera out there, it's among the least expensive for a 1080p video camera.Unfortunately, the video quality is pretty poor and the battery doesn't last more than half an hour. I can't use it for snow-boarding, biking, or rollerblading, which is what I mostly wanted to do with it. I stuck it in the back of one of my Hummers as a rear-facing DVR cam and just leave it plugged in at all times. That's about all it seems useful for, sadly. I really wanted to love it but I can't say that I do.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This isn't the best action camera in the world, but it's pretty decent. Small sacrifice to save hundreds of dollars! The app is very handy for controlling the camera, but I would suggest importing your videos directly from the MicroSD card vs. downloading through the app. I feel the quality of the video is a little better that way. For those who are interested in "motovlogging", I think this will produce some pretty respectable content for the money. But, you should know, there is no input for an external mic. There is an easy solution to that! I record my audio seprately with an app on my phone, then sync the audio to the video in post edit. This is common practice in video production anyway. Being that may not be practical for some, there's all kinds of video tutorials out there for modifying these "knockoff" action cameras with a 3.5mm port for an external mic. Easy! This camera is definitely worth more than you're paying for it!

I bought this H9 Action Cam almost sarcastically just wondering how much a $15 dollar knock-off would suck compared to it's name-brand counterpart.I'm amazed at how much this camera doesn't suck. In fact, for the price, it's really high quality. Everything worked great when I tested it. I even let my 7 yr old daughter use it to make some silly videos. The picture quality is great and the accessories alone would cost a bundle if purchased separately.The WiFi connectivity was a little misleading, however. I assumed from the description that I would be able to connect to my router and backup the pics and videos that were stored. Instead, it has more of a WiFi-direct feature where it broadcasts its own WiFi signal that you connect to from the app, and then you can control it from your phone and download the pics and videos from the camera to an album on the app. This feature is actually quite handy, as you can control the camera remotely and still get the photos and videos stored on it.The only flaw about it was the audio. I'm not sure what is happening with the audio, but when you playback a video, either on your phone or the camera, the audio is really choppy and has distortion. Not a deal breaker for the price. I was just planning to use this for off-roading use, and I can layer music over it. Like I said, for the price of $15, I can live with some distortion on the sound.If you need a good camera for a small price, this is your guy. I'm sure you'll be as impressed as I was for the quality packed in this value.

(DO NOT BUY THIS)Image looks good when recording, through the screen on the camera but once you look at it on your computer it is all dull, dark, and completely 100 percent out of focus. Completely useless.The mounts were all good, and i was surprised with how much stuff it actually came with.The camera came completely scratched and the screen plastic is such low quality I can puncture it and give a deep scratch with my fingernail which is not sharp at all. Seriously disappointing.Anyone reading this might say "well Max, what did you expect froma 35 dollar fake gopro? I expected it to do whats advertised and that is to shoot 1080p video. It might shoot 1080p but it cant focus on anything. Its seriously depressing.In my test video, I would move it back and forth from left to right showing how it would change the colors of the screen drastically, Looks awful, cant focus on anything not even the wall in front of me. It is the same for all footage including my bike footage that I did not include.

Era da un po' che volevo acquistare una actioncam da poter usare in acqua e magari per riprendere qualche giro in auto/moto o comunque per fare riprese di paesaggi durante i miei viaggi senza dover scaricare in modo eccessivo il mio cellulare.Il pacco è ben imballato e all'interno troviamo i vari adattatori e fissatori per poter utilizzare la nostra cam montata magari su un casco, sulla maschera da immersioni o sul manubrio della nostra bici. Purtroppo da descrizione c'era anche un panno per poter pulire la lente della cam ma a me non è uscito e per questo non do le 5 stelle.Nel complesso funziona bene, buono il collegamento wifi che ti permette di poter trasferire comodamente le clip su qualsiasi dispositivo in modo semplice ed intuitivo.È indispensabile inserire una scheda sd e non importa se non può registrare in 4K tanto l'actioncam registra fino a 1080p, una risoluzione più che accettabile per questo tipo di prodotto che in fin dei conti risulta molto economico rispetto a marche ben più blasonate e che comunque hanno i loro problemi.L'impermeabilità sembra ottima, vedremo con test più duri se riuscirà comunque a resistere, per ora l'ho testata riempiendo il lavandino e mettendola lì per un po' mentre registrava per vedere se c'erano cambiamenti o se l'acqua riuscisse ad entrare, devo dire che ha passato molto bene questo test.In conclusione il prodotto sembra ottimo per il prezzo al quale è venduto, peccato per il panno ma alla fine è una cosa di poco conto che può essere facilmente sostituita. Nel caso dovesse rompersi con i test a seguire modificherò la recensione, proprio in questi giorni dovrei partire in vacanza con l'opportunità di poterla provare al meglio.

My review is mixed. I know it was a cheap camera and it does what it is supposed to however it definitely isn’t 1080p and looks bad when you run it on your computer. I had a problem with the microphone quality as well. Hooked it to my helmet and my quad sounds like garbage and all I hear is wind. If you want to have fun with a cheap camera this fits the bill. If you want quality you will need to spend more.

La cámara de acción que se anuncia es el modelo Yuntab W9 que incorpora conectividad WIFI para poder gestionar la cámara desde el smarphone y poder descargar fotos y vídeos directamente al móvil. El modelo que he recibido no dispone de esa característica y es un modelo inferior, en concreto el modelo que he recibido tiene pinta de ser el Yuntab A9 que tiene unas especificaciones inferiores al modelo por el que pagué y que anunciaba el vendedor.Tras comunicarle al vendedor que parece ser que "se han equivocado al enviarme el artículo" este no se responsabiliza. Gracias a dios esto es amazon y el comprador tiene una buena protección.En cuanto a la calidad de vídeo e imagen, pues no es para tirar cohetes, pero tampoco se puede esperar mucho de una cámara en este rango de precios. Ademas no creo que esto difiera mucho el modelo W9 del que yo he recibido puesto que probablemente compartirán las especificaciones de grabación. Las opciones de configuración son mínimas, no soportando ni la rotación de la imagen en caso de la quieras llevar grabando en posición invertida (como es mi caso, ya que pretendía usarla de dashcam).Como es lógico solicitaré la devolución a amazon.No recomiendo su compra por todo lo anterior que he explicado, y sobre todo porque el vendedor no parece "muy de fiar".
