Does the stainless steel scratch easily with a metal serving spoon?

No, it doesn't scratch easy at all. I have used metal spoons and have not noticed any scratches. Put hot water in it to warm it before putting hot food in it or put in the refrigerator before adding cold food.

I see reviews about water seeping between the layers and possibly causing mold. Has anyone tried to seal the gap, perhaps with superglue?

I haven't used my dish yet. I did have another brand and water seeped in between and I just threw it in the trash.

It is good to keep tortilla or Roti hot?

Yes, I think it would be great for that kind of food to stay warm. I would warm the inside with hot water, dry it good and put your hot food in it. It does keep food warm . Put it in the fridge for a while before using it for cold food.
