That vehicle has a 6 quart capacity. One bottle treats oil capacity from 4.5 quarts (4.3 liters) to 7 quarts (6.6 liters). Please use one full bottle after oil change. I would use 3/4 of a bottle. I looked up the 1992 Mitsubishi Montero. It looks like it can have two different engines (the 3.5L or 3.8L). Both engines have an oil capacity of 4.9L (5.18 quarts). The bottle says to use 1/2 bottle for 4.4 quarts and a 1 bottle for 6 quarts.
