I started taking these and after 4 days of neon yellow urine, and feeling weirdly tired I decided to stop. Idk if I’m getting to many B vitamins with these & diet but these def made me feel off to the point my husband asked if I was alright. May be good if you have a diet lower in meat or natural b vitamins, but I don’t so these probably were not for me.

Realmente siento q no funciona, me ocasionó debilidad y malestar estomacal (náuseas y dolor intestinal) después de hacer pipí es mucho el colorante. Se que es normal con el complejo B la pipí amarilla intensa, pero esto es extremadamente intenso. No hacen retorno y mejor las tire.

Edit: started taking these this week I've gained 3lbs.....don't buy!!!!I stopped taking them for 2 days and lost that 3lbs. I assume it just made me bloated?I didn't have any other side effects besides smelly urine ( smelled like the pill) and bloated .....I lost NO WEIGHTYears ago I paid over 2500 to a weight clinic and the pills i was given were called libo bc . I ordered these and they have terrible smell and instant nasty taste like they ones they gave me. Just the color is different but based on the name, taste and smell.....these are similar if not the same ....
