Los pedales son duros, en apenas media hora me caí dos veces sobre pista de cemento y solo tienen desperfectos estéticos. Regulados al mínimo las calas saltan fácilmente . El problema es que ahora me doy cuenta que quizás no son lo más indicado para iniciarse en esto de los pedales automáticos. Unos mixtos combinados con zapatillas flexibles me habrían venido de perlas. En fin, sed más listos que yo y adiestraros sobre pista de tierra, con casco, guantes y hasta rodilleras. Si os ahorro aunque sea una dura caída está opinión habrá merecido la pena.

Since the mid 90's I've used many types of clipless pedals but I always find myself going back to Shimano SPD's. The reason for doing this is the double sided design, ease of clipping in and the ability to walk around in the cleats after you get off your bike.I have the same system on my commuter, mountain and this particular pair on my road bike. This means although I do t have to worry about which shows I am wearing.The pedals themselves are simple and bulletproof they will never let you down.

Compre estos pedales para iniciarme con los pedales automáticos y van genial, muy fácil de ponerlos en la bici, los estoy usando con las calas SH56 que recomiendo para los principiantes ya que salen en 3 direcciones y no solo en 1 como las calas SH51 que son las que vienen con los pedales. Recomiendo si es primera vez, practicar en casa a encajar y desencajar antes de salir, ya sea con una bici estática si se tiene o con la bici apoyada a la pared.

New to clip in pedals I thought I would try these after reading reviews. All I can say is that I think they are great for the money. Combined with the proper shoes and cleats my cycle rides are more enjoyable. I ride to try and keep a bit fit so out most nights and weekends for short rides around the 20-30 mile mark and think these have been a great investment to help me get further, quicker and easier compared to using my flat pedals and trainers.
