Hard drive stopped working and there is no data recovery as advertised
The hard drive stopped working, and Seagate doesn't have customer support in the UAE. What they write in the headline about data recovery IS NOT TRUE! Avoid buying from Seagate: I lost 12TB of a lifetime of work because of this!!!!
