Can I use this to cut a Swish Deluxe curtain track?

No the cut is too course, use a hacksaw which is much cheaper too

Will this cut through artificial grass?

I wouldn’t have thought so it’s designed for plaster boards You’ll probably be better of with a Stanley knife
