Q: Can you smell the candle in the room? Is it strong smelling

Yes you can smell the candle and majority are lovely fragrances, however I found you could also just buy essential & fragrant oils, make your own combination and leave in a bowl without anything burning and when the breeze comes in the smell flows around the room.

Q: Is the scent a combination only essential oils or there is also a fragrance oil added to the candle?

To be honest, this didn’t even smell at all to me when I lit it! Barely did anything.

Q: Having received the product, it has rather a strong pungent smell in the packaging. Is the aroma gentler when lit? Not sure the recipient will like.

I’ve bought neon candles for many years and for me they smell lovely when lit, worth the extra money, long burning time too.
