Storage problems solved because no handles stopping drawers closing. Love that you can keep cooked food in them with lid and they fit in fridge nicely.

This is great when you have limited storage space and small kitchen as they are stackable. I read some reviews about the handle breaking but I think it may be because you are not suppose to have it constantly attached whilst cooking (per instructions) because of the heat but only when you need to move the pans/pots or occasionally need to hold on while stirring food around. In a way it may be inconvenient sometimes but I learned to adapt. I also bought the chef pan which is similar to a small wok, so I do have a spare handle should the worse happen. However, it would be good if they sold replacement handles which I think neoflam itself does but don’t think we can buy directly from. The pots/pans itself are great....non-stick (but still need light coating of oil), easy to clean and wash off any burnt bits/dried sauce stains if that ever happens and they are not heavy or too light in weight, so good for anyone who can’t manage to hold anything too heavy. Per instructions, you can’t use them on high heat but use low/medium heat as I accidentally did that with the smaller frying pan (which I love as its a great size to fry eggs or cook small quantity of food etc.) and cooked something very sticky and it basically ruined the pan and left some marks slightly darker than the cream colour of the pan, which I tried to remove with baking soda and dish soap to no avail. So need to be careful. I can still use it but the non-stick is no longer as effective e.g. when frying eggs I now need a bit more oil than I would otherwise need and sometimes do stick but you can still wash off with a bit of effort but without need to use scourer. You get a cover for the larger pot and pan, where the knob is slanted so it’s great when you take it off and place it down at an angle without it rolling around. You also get plastic covers for 2 of the pots which you can store leftover food to put in the fridge, which is very convenient! Saves me washing extra containers! So far, no stains from any food e.g. curries, tomato-based pasta sauce etc. I hand wash these as I think things last longer so have not tested them using the dishwasher yet. Overall, I love them (and wished I didn’t burn my favourite small pan!) and only time will tell if they will last a bit longer than my other non-stick cookware.

The pan itself is good as described - easy to clean, non-stick, and looking good. However, the pan lid is very fragile -- a glass lid surrounded by a layer of very weak rubber/plastic. After only a few hand washing, the rubber part broke apart, which is not acceptable as a long-lived kitchenware.

I ordered this product because I couldn't replace the detachable handle. I have had to buy an entire second range identical to my first purchase just to get just one extra detachable handle. It's great that the product has outgrown the detachable handles, but not great that I can't get a replacement handle in the UK when they break. So the inconvenience makes the whole double range I have previously purchased handle less. The fact that I am prepared to make a third order just to get a replacement detachable handle and not go for a new range is testament to how great the product is in every other respect, it's so versatile and handy. I'd have given it five stars if I could just get a new replacement handle when they break. I'd love a response from the manufacturer saying they will now supply the UK.

I haven't used it yet, but the pan really looks nice. Although, just so people won't make the same mistake I did. 3 pcs actually means the pan, lid, and handle. It doesn't mean 3 pots/pan.

Having paid a small fortune for these pans I was delighted...... for a while. DO NOT buy this. The button on the detatchable handle broken within a couple of months and although I love the pans they have become very dangerous to use with no handle. BUT I'm not sure what is worse..... that these pans are now displaying as half the price I paid or that I cannot even get a replacement set, let alone a new handle! grrrrr....... Neoflam, this handle issue has happened to my sister also. What if we were to lose the handle? We have to buy all the pots again? Crazy!

Really non-stick surface and POA free so I could cook healthy food for my family.

These are very easy to care for as long as you heed the instructions: NO metal utensils, only attach the handles when manipulating the pans. It takes a few practice runs to get the hang of using them.Now I’ve owned these for 4+ months and no issue with either handles breaking/melting or with the nonstick surface. Out of all the ceramic pots I’ve owned these have the easiest surface to clean. Bacon and eggs don’t stick which are usually my nemesis!Also very easy to transfer these to the fridge due to the included lids. That’s a holiday cook’s dream.I liked them so much I got the wok version as well.For those lamenting that a second handle is not included you can get the wok w/handle or order a standalone handle from the manufacturer’s website.

I’m just a bit frugal. Oh K. I’m really frugal & the fact I could get a full set of chef quality but, momma/poppa friendly cookware is awesome! The never stick but, zero Nasty Teflon. The easily detachable handles make storage a breeze. Quickly transition from stove top to over just like in a Persian bistro.🙌🏻 Had to wait a bit till they came back in stock & would buy more for those I love if they had grey or maybe black. I personally love the fresh pop of turquoise & would love the red if they had had them at the time. I’ve cooked all over the world with all sorts of cookware. These are the best thus far. Cheers!

La mejor vajilla. Me encantó el tamaño, es súper practica, no se le pega absolutamente nada, las puedes meter al horno, súper fácil de limpiar y son las ollas básicas para cualquier cocina.

I bought it for the camper. Used it on 1 camping trip and I am happy with the pots. Only thing is the lids does not fit on the small pot, but the bigger lid still fits loosely over it.
