Subject: Complaint Regarding Defective Vaporesso XROS Replacement PodsI’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase of the Vaporesso XROS Replacement PODs (0.6 Ohm). I’ve always been a loyal customer and have consistently purchased this product along with the compatible coils for my devices. However, this time the experience has been extremely disappointing.All the pods from this pack are leaking liquid from the bottom, which is then seeping into the battery of both of my Vaporesso devices. This has not only made it very unpleasant to use—drawing smoke is now difficult and tastes off—but it also risks damaging my devices permanently.As a faithful user of Vaporesso products, I expect better quality and reliability. I kindly ask that this issue be addressed immediately, whether through a replacement or refund, and that quality control be improved to avoid future problems like this.
