Is the can or motor in-between the horns a air compressor ? How/ where do these mount , under hood ?

It comes with an L bracket that makes vertical or horizontal mounting possible. The main problem is finding room in todays vehicles. Worked great in my old Jeep.

This can produce four times the DB of a horn with an air compressor and tank @ 140psi?

Bad product - do not buy. They belong on a bike.

Is it really 600db loud??? customers claiming it's not true, and it's not even a loud horn at all... Is it as loud as train horn, or not?

No it is not. Not even close. The factory horn on my truck is much louder

What size fuse might I need for this horn?

I believe it's been incorporated into the horn already. I just wired mine directly to my existing horn wires like the pictures indicate.
