Great birdfeeder/birdbath to buy
I got this birdbath for my mother for Mother’s Day and it was fantastic. It was simple to put together. It was sturdy to sit in her garden, and the birds absolutely enjoyed it the entire summer into the fall. It’s very fashionable looking the functionality is easy and the value was absolutely a B+.

Beautiful addition
I love this. It’s a nice addition to my flower bed. Every time I water, I rinse it and refill it, allowing small things to drink.

Beautiful, sturdy bird bath.
Beautiful little bird bird is sturdy enough to withstand strong winds. Makes a lovely addition to your lawn or garden. Very easy to assemble without tools. (That’s a shadow on the picture.)

Perfect for smaller birds
I really like this little birdbath — and so do the birds! I have a small urban backyard, and hung this on a shepherds crook in a corner. It is just big enough to comfortably accommodate one of those solar-powered fountains, which also works great and keeps the water moving and fresh. The bowl is well-made, the little metal birds are adorable, and the chain set it came with is strong enough to withstand even heavier winds. Its out in the elements, of course, and the birds drop stuff, etc — so it pretty quickly started to look weathered and no longer pristine. But it’s also pretty easy to clean, since all you need do is dump the water out and give it a good scrub.I’ve not really observed bigger birds like starlings or mourning doves use it, but everything from sparrows and finches to cardinals and woodpeckers seem to like it just fine.

Making things straight and even is not on the TO-DO list during manufacturing.
While I do like this design it has some issues that the manufacturer should address in order to make it a darn good product. #1 Is that once assembled nothing is straight or even. You can see from the images that both the center shaft threaded mount and the outward leaning attachments are brazed/welded on crooked. This tends to make the whole thing lean one direction or the other. #2 The trays are also bent and warped at various angles. Now while none of this makes the thing UN-usable it does add an awkward appearance. I also had to add washers to the 4 way mid mount to get things to tighten up and not be "floppy".What I do like about it is the cast iron base and the actual "blacksmith" look of the unit. I won't be sending it back but I think they could do a bit better with alignment and fastening points. Simply take a bit more time during the manufacturing process and maybe use a jig instead of hand and sight alignment. There is potential here for a beautiful piece. DON'T RUSH IT!I paid $70 for mine and the shipping was delayed for two weeks after they claimed it was in stock and ready to ship with arrival in two days. Once mine arrived (weeks late) the original ad was replaced with a new one and the price dropped. Now I see it at $60 plus a further 10% coupon discount on top of that. This kind of bate - order - continually changing the arrival date to the next day for weeks stuff is irritating. How about just refunding me $16 for your error in inventory and shipping?
