What size would I need for a puppy Rottweiler 9 to 10 weeks old?

I got the mini size for my gsd pup when she was 15 weeks and it was a little bit lose but she is a slim gsd so your rottie might be chunkier than her so might do it.

What size would a Jack Russell terrier need

I have a staffie who is about 18.5kgs. He is a fit solid dog,not overweight,but very muscular.His size1 new harness fits him ok after I adjusted it even though it looks too big for him. This is probably because his size0 now looks small on him. We have now got used to him with size0 and he is comfortable with it on. There is plenty of adjustment both on the girth strap and the shoulder strap. I found it trial and error but he did need size0 as he had grown broader in a couple of years. Hope this is helpful!

Where do I measure on my dog to know what size to get him? Also what are the measurements guidelines? Thank you

You measure the chest so that would be from the back of the front legs around the body. Size wise for example my girls who are both British Bulldogs so quite stocky measure 28" so they have a size one but it would fit a chest size of 26"- 30" as it's adjustable
