I had ordered a different brand a while back, and they leaked horribly, and didn't include vent caps. I was disappointed, and leary to try again. But, I can't stand the modern nozzles. They are hard to work, cumbersome, and you end up spilling so much gas everywhere. I'm glad I decided to try again tho, because this one is great. The nozzle fit perfectly on our 5-gal can. No leaks, no problems. The vent cap was super easy to install with the included drill bit. I totally recommend this set.

What a great product! I hate the spouts that come on gas cans now. This sloves that problem!I replaced the spout on my 2 gallon can and added the vent. I drilled a hole in top of my outboard tank by mistake and used the vent accessory to solve that problem. Neither tank leaks when used now. All caps and rubber washer fit. Thanks so much!

It’s a great kit at a good price. The tops that are sold in NYS are cumbersome and difficult to use. These spouts are great.

I use 2 gas cans. A big one to store and a small one to transfer into the tank frequently. On my small one I rigged pvc and brass fittings to make a "regular" spout and air valve, but the base spout was the gutted remains of some stupid safety crap. Recently some part of that old original spout broke and it started to leak every time I used it. And on the large can, it leaked horribly every time I used the stupid push down button. So instead of being safe, I now have cups of gasoline spilled all over. "What a great invention safety spouts are!"- no one ever. In fact, they are incredibly dangerous because none of them are durable and they all leak profusely.This product solves the problems on both cans perfectly and simply. Thank you for making sensible replacements so we can go back to safe storage and use instead of the horrific modern safety spouts. You are doing the lord's work.

IT works well and does what it should. Has drill bit for the vent plug and gaskets. Removed 2 stars because the vent plugs break off after a couple of uses. If not for that, I would have given 5 stars. The vent plugs shouldn't break off by simply opening the vent cap.

Two important things for me: (1) it has to fit my gas cans (2) it can't leak. Both at a big thumbs up. The fit my Blitz cans using the short, fine-thread caps. The nozzle doesn't fit into the can opening like the original but rather makes contact on the edge of the opening. However, they didn't leak. It was very helpful to have some model numbers listed in the description.
