The media could not be loaded. Save your money...1. Design flaw ( heat wires not properly covered and can burn skin but also very irritating overall) 2. Tiny and not wide enough to actually provide any relief

Very helpful during periods.
My wife is using this during menstrual cramps and it has been very helpful reducing pain. Battery life is 30 minutes but it recharges quickly.
