Everything is great except that the side to side where the arm and monitor meet cannot be tightened.

Space saving:Really nice to getting back some desk space. Only downside is I couldn't clamp it in the center of my desk but that is because my desk is a standing desk there, not the arms fault. Ease of installation:Super easy to install, just tighten the clamp and screw the plate. Very easy.

All went well until I got it connected to my desk. An after I installed my monitor on it an sat down to enjoy some games. My monitor came crashing down!!! This arm DOES NOT support the weight listed. Your monitor is ONLY held on by plastic clips!!!!

For the price, it's not a bad arm. The basic arm it's self works how you think. My 27 inch (Gigabyte M27Q) monitor, about 12 lbs. Has been on it for a day now, and works just fine.It's the extras they added to the arm that make it worse. The cable management channels are terrible. The bottom channel is pre screwed on. Once you set up the arm, the included screw driver can't fit in the under side to remove the channel. It doesn't fit. I had to just snap (break) the plastic channel off and hope the top screw is enough to hold it. The top plastic channel cover is very weak. If you only need 1 power cable and 1 display cable it could be fine. But as soon as you include any other (audio, additional video inputs) it just keeps popping off. It would have been better if there was no cable management at all to have a slimmer arm, using your own cable management method would be better.
