Yes. I purchased 9 shirts and all looked like the pictures.

How can I put my child name on the shirt?

You can either get it done professionaly or get individual letters and iron them on.

Is the white see through?

I bought the shorts and shirts as a gift so I never actually saw the items in person. I was not told that any of the 8 shirts were see through. I was told the shirts are a perfect fit and great quality. Hope that helps.
