I absolutely loved this bike when we got it. It was easy to assemble and ran well. Until a little over 2 weeks of use. It suddenly stopped working. The controller would not turn on at all. The battery was fully charged, it just would not work. Now the bike is a 600$ very heavy mountain bike. I reached out to customer service and was redirected to another department. No response. I am hoping that the company will be able to make this right, and I will definitely amend this review if that happens.The company reached out to me. Asked for videos of the problem. I sent several. The finally reached out to me and said that it is probably the battery. The offered to send a new one on August 15. It is now August 26th. Still have not received the battery. Hoping to hear back from them soon. I will update this review when I can.The company actually sent me everything I needed to make the repairs. It took a little bit to get them. I understand that the parts are coming from far away.Received the parts and installed them. The bike works perfectly at this point.

Bike is really good, brakes bad but usable, but the tire rubber doesn’t hold air for the inner tubing. Even with new inner tubing, didn’t hold air for 12 hours and would go flat. Contacted customer support and they haven’t responded for months. Bike is no refunds so beware of things like this happening to you👎🏽

We purchased 2 of these e-bikes and have been very pleased with the bike and the customer service. Easy to assemble, battery life was even better than we expected. Very well built. We would definitely recommend to friends and would purchase again.

Assembly instructions were good - no problem getting the bike together. However as a novice to e-bike riding I think the “Operating instructions” could have be a little better. Still, for the casual rider, I think the bike is an overall good deal.

Battery didn’t work at all. Getting in contact with someone was a mission and another battery was never sent. We lost the money and didn’t get a replacement.

I recently purchased the this e-bike and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. Right from the start, the chain has been making a persistent, weird and loud noise, which is extremely distracting and suggests a potential mechanical issue. Despite my attempts to fix it, the noise remains and seems to get worse with each ride.Additionally, the bike is very uncomfortable to ride. The seat is hard and offers little support, making longer rides unbearable. Overall, this bicycle has not met my expectations in terms of quality and comfort.I would not recommend this bike to others, as it has been more of a hassle than a pleasure to ride.

My stepdaughter saved up all summer for this bike. When it arrived the disc brake was bent but her dad was able fix it . She rode it for less then two weeks and it quit working. Her dad she’s been talking to customer service with no help. Then they send her a pump like her take this instead of the battery they keep promising. This was a graduation gift to herself!!! This company so far has done nothing to help!! Amazon has backed out of helping! This is a large purchase for a teen.

This Sunshine e-bike is a game-changer! The battery lasts longer—I can go on long rides without worrying about recharging. The motor is powerful, making hills and rough terrain a breeze. I love the different modes, especially the pedal assist for when I want a bit of a break. The build quality is solid, and the 21 gears make it easy to adapt to any situation. Assembly was super easy, too. If you’re looking for a dependable and fun e-bike, this one’s a great choice!
