It’s good
I’ve had this for 6 months now. I enjoy it and use it daily. Holds a charge well and I can get about 3 full charges off of it. Takes about 2 hours (maybe) to fully recharge. I don’t know the exact amount of time but it’s not very bad!Only complaint is that the cables are a little too short for my personally liking. It’s hard to hold the phone and the charger together- the charger itself is rather bulky and has some weight to it so it becomes this huge heavy thing when connected. It’s also hard to fit both the phone (IPhone 11s) and the charger in your pants pocket while charging. I feel like if the cables were a bit longer it could help with juggling the two items when connected. It’s hard to explain but it’s like your phone is on a very short leash and attached to a big bulky weight. I bought this originally for travel/theme parks and while it’s a good charger, it’s just not the best to take on the go like that. The charger and phone really need to be laying flat and still during charging to prevent cable stress. I try to be careful with the cables but I have accidentally dropped the charger while it was attached to my phone before. The cables kept it connected which honestly worries me. It’s like the cables are one accident away from being jerked out completely and I’m just not sure how great this charger will be once the cables get damaged. It does have other ports you could use but that almost defeats the point of this particular version of portable chargers. As stated above though, I’ve had this going on 6 months and so far it’s still ok and the cables are fine. I just have to really make a mental note to stay aware while using it so I can avoid cable damage. If it broke tomorrow I might reorder just for the charging power. I would compare some other Anker batteries first though! And I wouldn’t reorder to use solely for active travel, I would look for better option.

Attached cables is a big reason to buy
This works perfectly. Have apple products with both lightening and usbc so having both cables is a plus.Having the cables attached is a huge plus as it’s less things to carry. Also helps with organization as there are no cables to untangle! The display screen is a nice upgrade to the older anker chargers with the four battery level dots.30w charging charges my compatible devices quickly. 20k mah is a nice size for charging multiple devices as well. All in all happy w the product. For the price and specs I’m completely happy w the purchase.

Fantastic charger & well worth the money
Love it!I use this for work and the 20,000mah battery means I only need to charge it once per week; I’m using iPhone 16 pro. It only gets warm when I have the phone and battery stacked.Lightning and usb-c connectors with strong braided cord/strap; charges very fast over usb-c.Worth the money!

great for travel
The Anker Zolo Power Bank is an excellent choice for travel due to its built-in USB-C and Lightning cables, which eliminate the need for extra cords and streamline packing. I took this charger on an international trip and has great build quality and features. You are able to charge a phone 4 times. For the price, its hard to beat due to its build quality, capacity and built in cords.

Love the attached cords.
My work just switched to USB-C iPads and I have an older iPhone that still uses lightning. I love that both cords are included permanently attached to this device. It works well and charges your devices fast.It is a little heavier than I expected and it takes a while to charge, but it does what I needed it to do and I don’t have to keep track of charging cables anymore. I also like the battery level percentage is on the screen and available at the push of a button. This may be a little bigger than expected and does not fit well in a pocket if that is important to you.

Good, fast power bank
Power bank recharges phone very quickly. It takes slightly longer to recharge itself. I use it frequently & am happy with it.

Worked great on our Alaska Cruise, never had to worry about our devices dying.
It is portable, works great, holds a charge, and holds a charge. Very conveinent as it has a USB port out as well as a lightning cable and USB_3. It was well worth the price!
