whats the difference between this and black electrical tape?

I can't answer for these stickers but I have been using black electrical tape for years. It 8a cheaper and blocks 100% of led lights. Granted you don't get neat round stickers with electrical tape but with a sharp knife or box cutter you can cut pretty much any size you need.

Are these reusable? What I mean is, is the glue really tacky or more like a post-it note? Thanks!

The glue is really tacky, much better than a post note. However they are not reusable. If you need to reuse them I recommend buying in bulk from the direct website. There are significant price drops.

do these still allow IR signal through?
