This product says 200 ct. Is that 200 bags of ear plugs, each containing 2 ear plugs (total plugs = 400), or is it 100 bags each containing 2 plugs?

The box I have states "200 PR", so I take that to mean 200 pairs=400 ear plugs total, packaged as 200 bags of 2, but I haven't emptied the box to count them.

Are these reusable? Can they be washed?

I had washed some by accident and they clean beautifully bit no longer expand the same way. You cannot really use them after washing, but like others say, you can use them for a good week. I have a container i keep mine in so no dirt and dust. been using for 5 years for work and sleep so average 12h a day weekly. No ear issues, infections, or anything like that.

Theses have a noise reduction rate of 32, and most shooting ear muffs only have a noise reduction rate of around 22-26, so these will definitely protect you. That being said, I agree with the person who said they work best along with outer ear protection. Of course, it also it depends on what you're shooting and whether you're shooting at an indoor range or outside, but again, I'd still play it safe and double up.

What is the decibel rating?

Here is what I found... These uncorded plugs are rated NRR 32(or Noise Reduction Rating of 32). NRR is calculated by unprotected ear dB levels minus protected ear decibel levels minus 3 dB. The higher the NRR rating, the better the protection. They work really well for what I use them for, which is to sleep :-)
