Blows Monster out of the Water!
In my experience with many different types and qualities of instrument cables, I have found Mogami to be unparalleled in terms of their build quality, durability, near-silent operation, and seamless reproduction of my instrument's tone profile without coloration. Prior to discovering this brand, I begrudgingly purchased Monster cables under the false assumption that they were better than anything else on the market. Once I learned that one of my favorite guitarists uses these cables religiously, I decided to give Mogami a chance. In short, doing so was the best decision I have made in building my collection of high-quality cables. Performance-wise, these put Monster cables to shame with flawless sound reproduction and virtually silent handling. With respect to reliability, these once again far outshine anything Monster or their competitors have to offer. While I admittedly liked the fully gold-plated design of the Monster cables, I found the interface between the solid metal connector and the cable to be a weak point in the construction, and as such, needed to replace a single cable twice within the span of three years. With Mogami cables, I have not once experienced an issue with build quality in the nearly 2 years I have owned this product. The contacts are VERY heavy-duty and will hold up for years regardless of whether you're a bedroom studio audiophile like myself or a touring musician.PROS:1. Heavy duty construction with no obvious weak joints to fail unexpectedly2. Crystal-clear sound transmission with minimal interference or handling-noise3. Great durability, reliability, and qualityCons:1. These cables have a somewhat intimidating price-point; however, this is certainly a case of "you get what you pay for."2. If you currently use transistor/solid-state equipment, you might not experience the full benefit of upgrading your cables beyond the "midrange" options available from other companies. These cables truly shine when playing through valve state equipment or high quality studio gear.Overall:A must buy for any musican who is serious about every facet of their rig and is willing to shell out a bit of cash for truly outstanding gear. Not advised, however, for those playing through entry-level equipment. I hope all of you enjoy these cables as much as I do.

Only cable I trust now
Recently batch recorded content for a course. This cable connected to my shotgun mic saved the day on multiple occurrences where a different branded cable connected to my studio mic caused sputtering that was captured in the final recording. Even with a higher price tag, it's cheaper than having to organize re-shooting content due to bad cables. Mogami, you've earned my trust and respect. Cheers.

Top quality cable
I wanted high quality cables to connect my guitar to my pedalboard, and the pedalboard to the amp. I care a lot about the tone and minimizing noise, and don't want a finicky connection or other issues. This is a great cable. It feels nice and makes a solid connection. It is flexible but just firm enough to coil easily. Before this cable, I was using some cheap generic cable. I didn't realize how much noise I was getting from the other cable until I switched to this one. The generic cable was not as well shielded, and it picked up a bunch of low-level buzz and hum. This Mogami is well-shielded and quieter. I like it a lot. It's crazy expensive for a cable, but then again, I've spent good money on the pedals for my pedalboard, and it really doesn't make sense to spend lots of money on pedals and then skimp on the cables. If you buy a really good cable like this, it is a quieter and clearer sound, and you won't want to go back to a cheap cable.

Use Mogami instrument and microphone cables to remove any doubt ....
I am a 2-3 day/week professional solo vocal and guitar artist whose act has evolved into various AI accompaniment. Because of the sensitivity of a lot of music AI add-on's - it is worth the money to invest in the Mogami product line of instrument and microphone cables to remove any doubt when it comes to sound reproduction quality.

GREAT SOUND transmission from a skinny cable
light gauge cable, we'll see how it holds up and how they stand by their lifetime warranty claim. Low hum - so there is some significant noise cancelling, and the clarity of all the pickups I have used this on are much brighter. I don't know what part of the complete cable (jacks, cable itself or the short length) are contributing to the enhanced quality of the sound, but the sound is definitely clearer/cleaner than all of my other cables and I have quite an assortment of boutique high dollar cables. Used on electric and acoustic/electric guitars only. The acoustic/electric (cheap Yamaha) sounds more "acoustic" with the use of this cable.
