Colour not as true

My wife's review. Wanted this as I don't like chemical lipsticks and read the ingredients which stated all good stuff. There was a picture of a womens lips with this colour on and it looked lovely and also moisterizing, well the picture must of been for a different make of lipstick altogether!. The colour isn't bad (pink) but not that moisterizing, and a few reviews that I read also mentioned that the colours aren't true. But I suppose that's what you get for buying online, the trouble is these chemical free products are not easy to find on the high street.

It is damaged and broken.

The media could not be loaded. I might liked but I haven't used it even and the most worst part that since day I have received it I am trying to return but don't know about the Amazon app system it is not taking to return.
