Ranma 1/2 (2-in-1 Edition), Vol. 1

It was in good condition when it arrived and I am quite happy with the quality of the book. I have been a huge fan of Ranma 1/2 since I was a kid, having first been introduced to it when it used to air on Sony TV dubbed in Hindi. So I decided to get the manga because, why not?At first I was a bit worried about whether the book would be delivered to me or not since I had placed the order on 2nd of June and it was already 21st of June and the book hadn't been shipped yet. I even contemplated cancelling the order but I decided to wait and give the dealer the benefit of the doubt because of the pandemic situation, and also because the delivery date was mentioned to be on the 26th of June. It was a huge relief when it finally got dispatched in the following days and it finally arrived on 28th of June.The story is loads of fun and the characters are quirky and some even cute, not Akane xDA must have if you're a fan.

One of the best classic mangas out there from fan favourite author. Takahashi is really a genius when it comes to comics I mean who else has genre that is defined by the author itself. Thumbs up to viz for bringing out 2 in 1 editions that too in original Japanese right to left format so flipping is gone too. This is first two volumes setting the stage for a long run of adventures of Ranma and Akane. Ranma the protagonist turns into a girl when doused with cold water making his life complicated which is not helped by a good for nothing father to turns into a panda. If you are looking for classic comedy manga with interesting characters or looking for a manga for the first time go for this edition.

having previously owned all of the Viz media volumes and comics/manga for Ranma, which originated in Japan and was published from 1987 to March 1996, I was quickly impressed with these new two-in-one volumes. There are many clean-ups and other tweaks here, such as a brighter crisper printing and it is now printed in its original right-to-left format, something the first releases were not.
