It is what it is.
Overall you are paying what you get.The specs are correct and is meeting my expectations with general functions. It is clear to tell this is refurbished with some minor imperfections. Biggest issue would be the quality of the speakers with having poor quality. However, it is easy to pair with wireless or wired headphones with no issues.

Quality
Built like a tank, fully loaded, super fast! Touchscreen and touchpad both feel very quality and responsive. Bought for contractor customer who needed the rugged..

Decent Value For The Price But Not As Promise
The computer is functional, and the specs are correct. And for the price you're paying, I think all the bumps and bruises are acceptable. Take a look at the picture and you will see that the exterior is covered with scratches, two huge ones on top and a bunch of minor ones at the back, also some scratch on the screen but you really had to look for it. For the price you're paying for I'd say is well worth it, and I think scratches aren't really a big problem for laptops like this. The thing is if you read the description they promise "There will be no visible cosmetic imperfections when held at an arm’s length.", not really, I'd double that distance. That's the one complaint I have. I suggest changing the description. Or I'm just not lucky with the lottery.
