Good screen fits well and strong . Easy to get on phone no trouble . It works very good and screen touch good too.

Waste of time and money. There no instructions or any link to product installation video. Nothing tells me what's what. So, now I have a phone completely apart and no clue what goes where. Avoid at all costs

My rating is based mostly on the lack of guides or instructions.I bought it cause it was cheap. However the process of actually doing the replacement is fairly advanced and requires more tools than what is suggested and provided with the purchase. No instructions or guides are provided. Getting all of the appropriate materials would cost more than just having a repair shop replace the screen. I even shopped around to see if any local phone repair shops would accept the parts I proved and just do the installation but no takers. They all want to use their products to do the replacement.It is cheaper to buy a refurbished S20 than it is to have a repair shop replace the glass and screen or to buy everything necessary here to do it yourself.

No instructions, is hard to type through, but will be easy to replace when it breaks.

They make it seem super easy and straight foward, but don't include the tinted touch layer that the new screen needs to work. Now im out of a $400+ phone and absolutely furious with the garbage I've received. Not only a waste of $20, but also of my time, patience, and my WHOLE PHONE. Thanks for horrible mistake.

So far I am pleased with the product. Arrived a day early. Have not installed it yet.
