Are these good for warm weather?

If your doing a quick search they are fine but not for long periods of time in warm weather.

how are these for shooting a small 9mm? Are they clumsy feeling? Is there padding at the base of the thumb area? Will they protect against recoil?

The Pursuit D5 gloves have an ANSI A5 blade-cut resistance to the palm and fingers. They are are developed having a three-dimensional patterning to help conform to the natural curvatures of your hand. These are great for shooting sports.

Slightly but they will stretch back out. Don't wash unless you really need to.
