Follow the instructions and you should be fine. I should've used this after I had my first child. It works great. Its expensive, but it helped SO much with engorgement and pain. It also helped to control my supply. The only downside is that it made me sweat. I would put it on every time I was done feeding my new born (bottle fed) and the put on my sports bra. With in a few days, my breasts felt normal again.Theres instructions depending on if you're looking to decrease your supply or wipe it out entirely.

Took me 5 weeks to wean and felt this product helped to support that. It provided some relief in the engorgement pain. Never tried cabbage leaves but this was a better alternative to use that smelled nice, wasn’t messy and was moisturizing. Pricey for the amount that you get. Ended up buying 3 bottles and really hard to get the last bits out. Wouldn’t say it’s absolutely necessary to get, but I was desperate and it was nice to have even for the placebo effect.

Bought this to dry me up from the get go as I immediately started my son on formula. This combined with constantly wearing a sports bra I was able to dry up within a couple weeks. I recommend this to everyone who needs it!

This absolutely helped with drying up the milk and with the pain. I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone who is trying to aid with pain and stopping milk supply. Again this is a must have product for anyone postpartum. This also doesn't smell compared to actually freezing cabbage leaves.

I really wanted to give this 5 stars but unfortunately I have to give it one. After wearing a sports bra (as directed) for 2 days and applying the cream (generously) every 3 hours max, there was absolutely no change in my milk supply. Yes at times I had to squeeze my breast a little due to discomfort but at no point in the 5 days of using the cream did I breast feed. It’s super expensive and doesn’t last long if you’re applying often. They are also lacking in direction.Would love to give it another shot but not for the money they charge.

This did give me pain relief while trying to dry up my milk however, it's expensive and I don't think it helped with actually drying my milk up. Bottle is small only lasted a few days

This WORKS! I did not want to breastfeed and this stopped milk production within 1 week, probably around 4-5 days. It almost immediately stopped any pain and that engorged feeling. Worth the price!

I tried a few other things in conjunction with this- low sugar diet, low gluten and choline supplements BUT I really think this helped me wean sooo much as an over producer. Went from 60 oz a day to 30 with no clogs or mastitis which I was super prone to for weeks. Applied every 3 hours and had no engorgement or pain. Plan to use it again when I wean completely. Def worth the money.
