Performance doesn’t match its glossy advert claims.
I recently received a HexClad Hybrid Nonstick 30 cm Griddle Pan.I’ve had a few over the years and decided to try HexClad as it promised superior performance. As soon as I placed it on my induction hob I had some reservations as it rocked about slightly on the glass surface.I put oil in it as instructed to season it and brought the heat up - disappointingly as the heat increased to the hob’s half heating point the base “domed” up in the middle.Since then, I’ve tried it with various dishes - prawns, fish, duck breast and searing a beef joint all at different heat settings - each time the same effect, the base “domes” up un the middle, and any butter, oil or juices run to the edge.I made an expensive error buying this griddle pan and I hope my experience will help you avoid making the same HexClad mistake. Not recommended under any circumstances.

Hex clad frying pan
One of the best frying pans I have used I did hear that it doesn’t cook fried eggs well but if you put a little oil in the pan crack your egg then leave it until it’s cooked it won’t stick
