Decent drawer for the price
I bought this to use with the 16” symphony closet system. It was really easy to install, took about 15 mins to put 2 of them together. The drawer is pretty deep which is nice. I wouldn't say it’s the best quality out there but it’s sturdy and doesn’t seem like it’s going to fall apart. I did end up changing the chrome handle to a gold one to match my decor. If you want to change the handle you will need pulls that are 6-1/4” centre to centre. The drawers fit perfectly in the unit and slide smoothly. Overall I’m happy with my purchase

Warehouse deals sometimes
Beware of warehouse deals on these or other closet products. While i got a steal of a deal on a warehouse price, it was missing ALL the hardware and the hinges are super hard to find as they're not standard. I'm past my return date, but even though this is pretty pricey for what it is, don't buy from the warehouse and just shell out the full price. Not worth it.

Expensive units as I had to buy new metal hangers
I installed one of these in a closet in a spare bedroom a couple years ago and it was awesome! All metal hardware came with the previous unit I bought. These two units I bought came with PLASTIC pieces to hang the metal rods on that will likely hold 100lbs of clothes! And one plastic piece was broke so I couldn't use it anyway. I had to go online and buy parts from another supplier to get full metal hangers for the poles to hang off of.

BAD QUALITY PLASTIC SIDE HOLDERSThey broke within a short time of hanging tbe rods. Now the roda (metallic & good quality) are useless. Imagine putting shot cheap tyres on a brand new BMW. It wont work. No recommendation for this item, from my end, atleast.

Waste of money.
Complete waste of money. Shelves don’t line up properly with brackets and central unit, without everything being askew. Have returned and exchanged so many defective parts I should be billing closetmaid for fuel at this point. Entire system is a complete waste of money. Avoid at all costs.
