Does the fan work while it’s charging?

Yes it does. It's a great fan. It holds the charge for a long time and has 3 settings that are powerful. It also has an indicator that lets you know how much power remains. It also has a nice kickstand so you can put it on a table or desk and it will fan you. I don't leave home without it. And it's attractive!

How long is the lanyard?

The lanyard is adjustable so it can get pretty long.

Mine did not come with a lanyard how can I get one?

It should come with a lanyard. Return it / exchange it. I don't think you can get it separately...you would have to return everything and request a new one. I hope this helps.

How do you attach the lanyard ?
