Worked great on inside canvas of pop-up camper
My son bought a pop-up in rough condition. It had a ceiling leak which resulted in mold and water stains on the inside of the canvas. Son parked it in our driveway for his dad to help him fix it up, and I decided to work on the interior canvas. The mold and water stains were there for a long time. The before picture was taken after I had already tried cleaning it with a water/ dish soap/ small amount of bleach mixture. That did nothing. After reading other people's comments and reviews, this is how I cleaned it. I worked on a 1/4 section at a time of the canvas ceiling I made the Iosso mixture with warm water and put it in a spray bottle. I also used a sponge and spray bottle with just water. I sprayed the section to be cleaned generously with water. Then I sprayed the Iosso mixture and rubbed it in with a sponge. Because this canvas was so gross and set in, I let it sit overnight. The next morning I sprayed it with water, and scrubbed with the sponge. At first I was disappointed that the stains only lightened a little. It took several rinses with water only using the spray bottle and scrubbing with the sponge, but the canvas turned lighter and lighter. It did not remove everything, but I'm going to treat it one more time. I am giving this 5 stars because I don't think any product could have made this look perfect based on the severe mold and water stains that we had, which had likely been there for years. I'm happy with the result. The interior curtains for this pop up were also covered in mold and water stains. I first treated them with oxy clean, and ran them through the washer. No improvement. I washed them again adding two scoops of the Iosso powder with no other soap, and they came out great. It removed 95% of the stains on the curtains. It did not fade the color at all, and they smell great too.

Worked great!
Husband bought this product to clean his canvas hunting tent! Very impressed at how well it cleaned the dirt and stains off the white canvas.

Unique product
Large supply. Got most of the mildew off of the linen on a glider. Did not get all of the spots off though. This was disappointing, especially for the cost.

Completely Removed a Thick Mold Stain
I have an RV awning made of Sunbrella material that was rolled up for five months. It grew some thick black mold in several places, it could be scraped off with a fingernail and was greasy to the touch. It may have even been Black Alge, I don’t know, but nothing would take out the remaining stain after cleaning with Dawn and Oxyclean.I was reluctant to use bleach and fade out the Tan color of the material that was over a grand to replace.I followed the instructions and started by dabbing the mix on the material with a cloth on the stains. Since the material is about 7’ X 18’ and non-removable it had to be cleaned in place.Keeping it moist with the solution was a challenge, after some experimentation I found the best way was to put the solution in a spray bottle and squirt it on in a stream to keep the area wet.It works very slowly, I sprayed two days in a row, every fifteen minutes to keep it wet, for six hours each day At the end of each day, I rinsed the material completely and allowed to dry before rolling up the awning overnight. At the end of the second day the stains were completely gone, no residue, no stain and best of all no damage to the material. During this process I used about 1/2 of the container. The awning is seven years old and looks brand new, this stuff works, but you must be patient.

Value Uncertain
I tried cleaning mildew stains on my pop-up camper fabrics which enclose the larger bed. Followed the directions carefully and tried cleaning three to four times while leaving the surface wet with cleaner for the recommended time. It did very little cleaning. However, I had previously cleaned them with a vinegar and water mixture which I had read about online. That did a better job and removed most of the stains. So I suppose it's possible that the previous cleaning with vinegar reduced the effectiveness of this product.I will try it again on a future new stain, to see if it works any better.

Absolutely bogus product
I used 2 of the 3 gallons of powder concentrate in this product. After 4 applications and 4 hours of intermittent vigorous scrubbing the black mildew stains were just as dark and set as when I started.Out of frustration I used some Dawn dish detergent and vigorously scrubbed with that after the previous 4 treatments. The Dawn worked a little bit, certainly far better than this IOSSO rubbish on the plastic canopy zipper-cover sleeve. So now I still have a darkly black mildew stained green cockpit canopy for my boat. What I also have now is a green cockpit canopy that is 2 shades of green lighter than when I started because while the IOSSO couldn't remove the mildew stains it did a bang-up job of stripping the green dye right out of the fabric and leaving a stream of green-tinted water running down my driveway. It's a waste of money to buy this for mold & mildew cleaning, but if you want to lighten the shade of color on your canopy it's a fairly decent color stripper.

Removed mold from clothes where bleach failed
We had some favorite (white) polos get lost amid other boating paraphernalia and in our trunk. When we found them they were polka dotted with small specs of black mold. We thought them all but lost when a hot water wash with bleach did not remove the spots. But decided to order this product to see if we could salvage the polos - one good overnight soak in hot water yielded spot free, beautifully white polos. Delighted that our favorite polos were saved! We hardly ever give 5 stars but this product really does what it says!
