Falling in love with cookware.
I didn’t know it was possible to fall in love with cookware, but here we are. These Caraway pans are the heart of our kitchen—beautiful, flawless, and somehow make me look like I know what I’m doing. They heat evenly, clean up like a dream (seriously, one wipe and it’s like the mess never happened), and they look so good I considered leaving them out just to impress guests.Food doesn’t stick, the storage rack keeps everything organized, and I feel like a responsible adult using non-toxic materials. These pans might be the reason I’m cooking at home more.If you're on the fence, just go for it. Your stovetop (and your ego) will thank you.

These are the best pots and pans I’ve ever owned!
I’ve wanted to buy these pots and pans for quite some time, but didn’t really want to spend the money. I’m so glad I finally got them! They’re beautiful, cook things wonderfully, and cleanup is a breeze! And, they will last for years and years!

Updated review after 10 months
The only reason I bought these pans is my concern about leaching elements and my brain...and Alzheimer's.The bad first -# 1: Do not throw away the lids to the pots you have! This was my first mistake. If you want to reach for a domed lid to cover say a burger to melt cheese on a plate or a grill type pan (which I have) - the Caraway lids are as flat as a pancake. This is an issue for me. If you want to "rest a piece of meat" and cover with a domed lid on a plate, you are out of luck.# 2: They're heavy. They feel heavier than most pans I have had in the past. Have I weighed them and compared? No, but they feel heavy - that's it.# 3: If you want to see what's going on and you're used to glass lids...forget it. I do miss seeing whatever I am cooking without having to lift the lid. Removing the lid removes heat and steam. Annoying.# 4 Limited choices with pans. I miss many of the "in between" sized pans/pots I had. Hopefully they will offer more. Update: they may offer more but I will not be buying this brand again.# 5 The vent holes. Why? The lids have a tiny hole to vent steam. If you cook rice in the sauce pan, it lets out enough steam that the rice does not cook appropriately.#6 The handles! OUCH. Come on - can't you even coat them with silicone?, be careful you don't burn yourself. The good - (update) -only #2 still stands.#1 - They clean easily enough...at the beginning. Nothing is ever stick free for long...but it is almost a year and these are not wearing well. They’re not true nonstick for very long but (I don’t feel any nonstick is truly nonstick for very long.) Ok 10 months and they are showing leftovers remain - never get quite clean enough.# 2 - The overall heating is consistent, it's even...no hot spots. Just seems right to me. Some pans/pots seem to have issues with even heating. I'd give good kudos in that sense.Would I recommend? NO. Almost a year now and I just think they are too expensive for what you get. I prefer glass tops. I want DOMED lids - they serve a purpose. These pans feel too heavy - not cast iron heavy, but they are heavy. Not enough pan sizes, and this amount of money it is not worth it. And the handles! OUCH. Come on - can't you even coat them with silicone?, be careful you don't burn yourself. If I recall, the manufacturer states something like " no high heat etc." well you know what? Some things need a little more heat? I cannot cook everything on low to medium heat.

WOW!
Oh My Stars!!!! If I could rate this higher, I would.I chose the navy color to match the esthetics of our new home. The color was exactly as shown on website. The cook ability is wonderful - absolutely nothing sticks and the heat distributes easily. We currently have a glass top stove, which we anticipate replacing with a natural gas cook top.I researched caraway products for several months before purchasing. I anticipate having the cookware for a very long time. Seeing and using these high quality functional pans, I will be purchasing additional products as well in the future from this line.

Great Quality & Beautiful Look!
Love the look! Heavy/ high quality feel. You really only need low to medium heat as the directions say. My water boiled sooo much faster with this pot even on lower heat than my old pots!

Pricy but still very good
Pricy, but they have been well worth it so far. I really wanted a nice set of cookware and they have been really great. Easy to clean (recommend hand washing only to keep up the quality). I did notice some very minor brown spotting on the bottom metal plating on one of the pans I use frequently, but it has not impacted anything or gotten worse over time.

Fantastic set!
Our family loves these pots & pans! The nonstick coating works great if you use butter or oil when cooking something like eggs, otherwise it does stick a little. I even purchased the same brand loaf pan to make sourdough bread in and love it too!
