Do the Mickey and Minnie figures bend at the waist?

I wouldn't say waist but all of the figures have bendable legs. They sit nicely and fit into the cars.

Yep, 3 years and up is on the package. There are small screws and gears.

We need the pod and characters for goofy and daisy, we need to replace a lost donald. where can i buy these?

The only pods I have seen so far are Mickey and Minnie. For the missing Donald, I would contact the manufacturer of the Funhouse and ask for a replacement.
