I was really surprised by how well this worked for the price! I’m used to getting permanent straightening done in the salon for a hefty price and sitting there for about 4 hours (snore). I would say the results of this product are somewhere between a really effective keratin and permanent straighten. I have 2b/c curls - the top stays straight now, I’m still a bit curly underneath - but I am completely frizz free (something my hair really struggles with). I only have to blow dry after showering and it stays straight and frizz free the whole week - amazing for a non-salon treatment!It’s really easy to apply yourself and loads of product is included so it’s great for really thick or long hair like mine. You only leave it on for 15mins, not 3 hours like some of these other at-home keratins. It does have a slightly unpleasant smell to it in my opinion but all these treatments do. As expected it does dry your hair out a bit so I like to follow up with a hydrating mask like Olaplex or Pureology.I would 100% recommend this product and will bee buying again in 12 weeks time!

First of all please don't use this product if your hair are very damaged from previous highlighting. My hair are usually very damaged and dry and they use to be absolutely fluff. I had to strighten them after washing otherwise they were a big fizzy mess.After using this product my hair become horrible streachy and even more demaged. I lost lots of my hair meanwhile. My hair colour changed from pearl to yellow, so I had to dyed them again which makes the hair condition even worse.After all stress my hair are perfect from the roots where they haven't been so demaged and over bleeched. Thay are still a bit fizzy on the end, but it's nothing compared to how they look before. My hair are shiny and soft, easy to comb and rain and wind doesn't make them looks like a big fluffy birds nest.I'm very happy for the result anyway. It's a shame that no information about using this product on very demaged hair can be found, except for using lower temperature.I believe that it will work perfectly on natural non-bleached hair.I wouldn't recommend it on very demaged, dry and bleached hair.Otherwise perfect and value for the money.

I did this about 12pm today, took 2 hours start to finish. I had my hair permed in April which I loved, but the top was quite fly away and didn’t look nice like the rest- ive added photos from before this treatment- there were also some straight bits. I’d also had highlights on top of a medium brown dye about two months ago. I am soooo impressed! The photos added are after working 3-730 in a hot kitchen! I didn’t even need to straighten after I’d done the treatment today- I just dried my hair with a hairdryer, no tricks or products used! It’s soft, straight, and shiny :) it has stripped a lot of the brown but that’s good as I’m happier this way, I have no ginger or yellow bits too. highly recommended! I have medium to long average thickness hair and I managed- although I thought I’d get blisters from the straighteners after an hour- my fingers were sore! A************

First of all... let me start with a little background story.I am a 45 year old male and I have been growing my hair for the last year and a half to donate to a charity called Little Princess Trust. They will use the hair donated to make wigs for children with cancer that cannot afford to buy one and their work looks amazing.My hair need to have at last 45cm in length in order to be used.Since my natural hair is slightly curly and I need to keep it under control at my workplace ( I am an accountant) I decided to buy a product to make it less wavy and looking more presentable to my clients.So lets start with the good things first:1- Delivery Time.No issues at all, delivery arrived at the right date and in great condition, that said, we do pay for amazon prime so I would not expect to have delivery issues anyway.2- Does it work?Yes it does!If you do follow the instructions by the book and do not try to do something silly (like adding extra lotion, extra protein, extra colour or something out of Harry Porter books...hairdressers please back me up on this!) you will achieve exactly what they promise on the box.My hair went from wavy to straight, perfecto.Now comes the dark side of the force...3- Does it smell great?No!Good at least? NO!I have found (in the worst possible way) that after you have done everything the manufacturer tell you to do, your hair will "acquire" a terrible smell, like something decomposing...to me similar to a dead rat!I have applied the product three days ago and I have a very oily hair, meaning that I have to wash my hair daily. Even after 4 washes it still smells so badly when wet that my partner has asked me to blow dry my hair after every single wash ( I normally don't blow dry my hair)In view of the situation, I will wait for another couple of days and if the bad smell don't go away I will have to shave my hair.So my advise is stay away from this product.

Have used this product twice now, and would recommend. I have natural curly hair, and this product leaves hair straight with minimum effort, and hair feels so soft and healthy!!! Love this product and it’s great value

So, it works!However, for the time and effort taken to get to the end result and taking into account my hair turned orange (I did read reviews and prepared myself for that), I would recommend only doing this if you’re on a really tight budget and if your hair is dyed; you are planning to dye your hair afterwards. Otherwise just go to the salon and have it done by a professional!It made my skin slightly itchy but no different than hair dye. The smell is foul when doing the straightening step (which takes a lot longer than the instructions suggest to get the hair dry) but no smell was left on my hair after washing. No adverse side effects other than being a carrot top.
