Q: How is it "friendly on the evironment" when it is "Harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects"?

It is fine to foam your car/bike/machine. Don't put it in ponds lakes or body's of water that have aquatic life living in it.

Q: Can I apply to alloys and under wheel arches undiluted and then hose off can I just use spray bottle no pressure washer cheers

I would dilute it even if just sprayng it on. Not sure it would foam if undiluted.

Q: Can this be used on Motorbikes?

Yes, I have used on my off road motorbike and it is very good

Q: is it OK to use on windscreens

I've used it on my car, including the windscreen, and on my motorbike, with a plastic screen and it cleans everything we!!. It is not detrimental to any finish I have used It on.
