Works great, keeps my Pi cool!
I actually got this for a Raspberry Pi alternative, the Orange Pi Zero 2W, and for the most part, everything lined up great. The processor on the orange pi is offset a little bit compared to the Raspberry Pi, but it still makes good enough contact. The orange pi zero 2W also has an SPI flash chip on the bottom so a plastic spacer that is a part of the assembly didn't quite fit, I just carefully and loosely tightened the screws.I'm still giving it a 5 star review as I'm not exactly using it with an original Raspberry Pi Zero, but it still works for my use case, although with those small flaws

Functional case works with Raspberry Pi alternatives with little modification
Purchased this case to work with a MangoPi MQ-Quad. Also fitted it to an MQ-Pro, and BananaPi M2 Zero. There is a single piece acrylic space that needs the bar connecting both ends removed. The memory on the MQ* devices and some components on the bottom of the BananaPi collide with the above mentioned bar.I used a medium-toothed hacksaw to remove the bar. Had to slightly trim one side of the two remaining pieces to fit around the memory of the MQ-Quad. Alterations took all of a minute using only the hacksaw and a utility knife.

Great little case.
Great little case. The heatsink pads are a little bit of a pain and the screws are fairly small but, overall, a great little case.

Great Temps, No Noise!
Using this on my Pi Zero 2 for emulation. No problems with temperature since the whole top of the case is aluminum, and since there's no fan, there's no noise!

Broke 2 PI zero
The blue pad that comes on heatsink is so hard that it does not form to the chip once tightened and causes it to bow and short out. I smoked 2 PI before I realized. Works ok if you remove the thermal pad and use paste instead. (the paste is not included in kit)

MicroSD card sticks out from the side by ~2-3mm when in the board.
All the pieces are well made to tight tolerances of the RPi Zero but the enclosure doesn't appear to have been designed with the micro SD required to have the pi run in mind. Not an issue if you were anticipating setting it and forgetting it but not great for any mobile use cases.

Not completely metal
This isn't a bad case, but I was disappointed it wasn't completely metal. I bought another one that looks exactly like this one that was metal on top and bottom. The photos make it look like it is metal on the bottom as well. I did see a note afterward toward the bottom of the page that said it was metal and acrylic, so ultimately my bad for not paying more attention. For the cost, I wish I would have just got the all-metal one.
