I absolutely adore this 3qt Cuisinel Cast Iron Dutch Oven. It is Pre-seasoned perfectly. The Combo Lid doubles as 8"-inch Skillet Frying Pan-so perfect. It has the silicone handle covers to take it out of the oven and to lift off the lid. It is the perfect size for my small sourdough boule recipe. They always end with a crusty beautiful color on the outside and lovely chewiness on the interior of each boule I make in it. I always use parchment paper on the interior when baking my bread in it. I loved making a small pot of chili in it as well. It has no reaction to other things being cooked in it as it retains the seasoning as I maintain it. So very happy with my purchase of this product! This would make a lovely gift to anyone that loves or has never tried Cast Iron cookware.,

doesnt come with the scraper, and the texture is too rough for oil to make it semi nonstick (its full stick) but has held up great otherwise. its acceptable. 7/10

My husband has been looking at getting a cast iron dutch oven for a long time ... ya know, a MANLY one and not one of those pretty enamel coated ones. Well, he was shocked, surprised and happy when this was delivered and I told him that it was primarily his. If I do borrow it to cook a great roast, I told him I'd let him know because he'll be the one picking it up and placing in the oven and taking it out of the oven because it's heavy duty! He especially likes it because the lid doubles as a skillet pan. The only negative is the silicone handle covers - they're too loose fitting and its recommended you still use pot holders; I'd be afraid they would slip and create more of a hazard situation. But I'm still rating this purchase as a 5-star product.

I have been eyeing this cast iron’s pot and have had it in my cart for a few months now. I finally bought it, and I absolutely love it! It has exceeded all of my expectations! Must buy!
