Listen Ladies! The mind is a beautiful place and the body so a power house! I had my first baby this year at the end of February and this birthing comb saved my life. I was able to go through with my natural birth but using this comb to divert my mind from the pain of contractions. Between this and being able to consistently move when necessary I can say I probably had the best birth experience a woman could ask for… mind you I’m 24 years old. My labor was only 3.5 hrs long. If you’re looking to get it… GET IT SIS! Makes a nice memory item for the baby book as well!

This absolutely helped during labor! I was able to use this to concentrate on breathing through the pain. It is durable and light to carry or add to go bag. I would recommend this to anyone who is going to have a baby and needs a tool to distract from pain.

Not sure if it was just me but definitely did not live up to the hype haha maybe I needed more instruction. But with that said it’s was very durable because I was squeezing the crap out of it! And it fit my hand size perfectly.
