We love HexClad pans. I already have a few and keep buying more. They work great on my induction stove top! The heat distribution is better than other pans and you can put it in the dishwasher!

This griddle is amazing! I have other HexClad pans and love them all. Nothing sticks to the griddle (Although if you’re planning to cook eggs, make sure you do it at a low temperature or they will stick as we’ve learned from other pans) And it’s very easy to clean. It does very well in the dishwasher or wash by hand, and you could even use steel wool safely on it if you need to. I try not to.

Purchased this to make crepes.I’ve been making crepes for years every Sunday so the batter and technique are perfected. With this pan the batter just slides all over the pan and I cannot spread it even the spreader, absolute waste of time, batter and unnecessary stress. All of my other old pans do better. Also heats up unevenly. Gordon, what are you selling us?!

This is a LOT bigger than I expected. I haven't taken it out of the box - debating seeing about getting a smaller one. Concerned if I get a smaller one, I'll wish for the larger one. I'd better hurry.So far I love all the Hexclad products I've bought, I expect to with this - if I don't downsize.
