This Led sign produces spectacular results. It is extremely bright and I use it outdoors. It works well with jpegs as well as videos. I have used it at many events and get togethers and it is very novel and popular with guests. The software once you get used to it is quite intuitive to use and very comprehensive. Customer service is very responsive. The two times I interfaced with them I had my issues resolved within an hour. My most recent dilemma was I misplaced my USB and instructions and they emailed me downloads for both.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this for my food truck and it was the perfect size and easy to use and connect. the application that you download was simple to understand and was able to figure out how to type sentences in the program right away I would definitely recommend this to anyone that has a business or even personal use it's great the colors are really bright and colorful.

While the product itself seems to be decent, it came with a virus. I had to have a local sign company come out at my expense to have the virus removed. When I contacted the manufacture, they said the sign company was mistaken. Well he was not, it was present in the sign software and in the flash drive that accompanies the product. I should have realized this when the first thing they ask you to do is shut off your VPN.Buyer beware.

Very easy to hang. Programing wasn't bad but you would be better off reading the information provided instead of just winging it.

I’ve owned several of these signs in the past; each one cost a small fortune, required a technician to setup, and required a serial cable and laptop to change. I’m amazed at how much the technology has changed and the price has lowered to make these affordable to small businesses.Pros:- Brightness: Actually visible in a storefront window during midday hours. While it cant project well through direct bright sunlight. It’s still bright and readable if properly places to avoid direct sunlight. Previous models were almost invisible during daylight hours.- Ease of installation and performance: Not plug and play, but close. As mentioned, our older signs required a technician to install, and changing messages required a laptop and serial cables; it took hours for a simple message change, so we avoided using it except for status messages that rarely change. This unit can be loaded via wireless or usb in minutes, so any employee can easily change messages for daily specials with minimal training.Cons:- Not IP waterproof rated: While the listing describes its ability to withstand water, it does not carry am “IP” rating for waterproofing which may limit placing it is some outdoor locations. However, the quality is good, and it’s sealed well enough for exterior placement under an overhang if an exterior rated electrical outlet is utilized.- Loading via wireless requires an app, and while they greatly adds to convenience it could possibly cause security concerns. This can be easily mitigated by not granting the app full cell phone permissions or using an older cell phone or laptop to load. The alternative of the USB method eliminates any security concern, but takes slightly longer to load.Overall I recommend this product for small businesses that need an affordable and bright sign for display windows, point of sale specials, or to direct customers in store. It’s a good quality item, simple to change messages, can be employee operated, but take care that exterior installations remain in a safe, NEC compliant, and semi protected area from direct sunlight and rain.
