I think this product is a solid product. The finish on both items was good and uniform, and smooth.One thing to note for the prospective buyer: These items are NOT actual Wrought Iron.They seem to be a powder coated Aluminum (Shoes) and possibly Steel (Balusters).I'd say "Wrought Iron" is more of a style description, not a materials descriptions.But regardless - unless you want legitimate Wrought Iron - this product is still strong and sturdy and has solid aesthetics.I went with this product because I did not like the typical, ornate Baluster Shoe. So the Square Shoes dictated the Baluster purchase so I could be certain the finish was identical.Which I'm glad I did since the item is not "actual" Wrought Iron, like other Baluster's I would have bought locally from the "big box" stores.

Great quality , look good. Only thing was the price. Shop around the net you can get them way cheaper.
