Q: Is the consider an exterior fan, for wet areas?

excellent wet floor as well working in construction.

Q: Has anyone verified this can produce 2200 cfm? Similar blowers don't come anywhere close to this power.

It works good but i am using it for a exhaust fan for painting. And it doesn't move enough air for that purpose. But its just ok for that. A bigger CFM is required.

Q: For how long can I leave it running? Does it overheat?

hours on end... it does not overheat and works great!
