I originally bought this product at a Whole Foods store, but the Whole Foods store near me doesnt carry it. (What is a gal to do)? I was thrilled to find it on Amazon. Although O normslly would prefer to buy this type of product at a brick-and-mortar store, my experience with Amazon was good. My product was delivered in a buffering wrapper to help prevent shattering of the container. The quality was fresh (unlike the rancidness mentioned by a previous reviewer). I love this product because it smells so good, it seems to actually penetrate into my dry skin, and it is more natural than a lot of other moisturizers.

I originally found this moisturizer out of desperation. I have the occasional, and more commonly occurring, allergic reaction (often, to who knows what!) which leaves the skin around my eyes so dry that nothing can relieve the red, dry, itchy, painful skin. Additionally, I have very dry eyes (my actual eye balls) that are very sensitive to any makeup or products that can get in them. The last 'reaction' I had lead me to the local health food store where a gal gave me a sample of this Honey Girl Organics for Extra Sensitive Skin. Not only did it help relieve the burning itch of the red dry skin, it didn't burn my eye balls at all!! I even got a little in them, making my eye sight temporarily blurry, yet didn't feel like anything! It is a little greasy, but for my dry skin it is very welcomed. However, it does make my mascara smear if I wear it with makeup, so I only use it as a night cream. There is only natural ingredients.

This is a very rich cream with a fluffy texture. I tend to shy away from creams that are oily, and this is an oily cream and will separate in the jar, however, I have noticed a real difference in the texture of my skin. The trick is to use very little product on oily areas, such as apples of the cheek, chin or forehead. Make sure to evenly distribute the product and work it into your skin, dotting a few drops under the eyes. I find that by using less product and working it into the skin, it does not leave my face oily and my foundation goes on velvety smooth. If there is any excess, I simply blot it with a tissue. It doesn't irritate my hypersensitive skin and improves the quality of all of my other products. I will purchase again.

I love this cream! This is my second time purchasing it. If you’re new to natural stuff, you might be put off by the separation or the stickiness, but those things are due to the fact that it’s made of real olive oil and honey!I stir it up with a clean chopstick, then use a q-tip to put a few dots on my face and around my eyes before massaging the product in. It feels wonderful and lasts all day or night. The price may seem high, but consider what you might pay for a good eye cream alone and do the math! Enjoy... I’m hooked!

I really love this cream and I would buy it again, but not from here - it was separated. The cream I bought from the organic food store was great consistency, color and smell (odorless) and I would keep buying it from there. The product itself is my new favorite. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that my skin has never felt better - soft and clean (and I have had problems with my skin my whole life). My skin tends to be drier in the winter and it works great with a toner (I don't use their toner, I' sure it's good too, but there are cheaper products that work the same). I am only giving it two stars because I would have not bought it had I known it wasn't a good batch. I am not the only one with this complain here so obviously they need to do something to ensure they are sending you a good product.

(Female writing on my husband's account): I really wanted to like this product, and I'm giving it 4 stars because it DEFINITELY DOES hydrate. However, I don't even have very oily skin and this makes my face so shiny and greasy feeling most of the day, along with making me break out with acne on my chin and jaw almost constantly, that I just can't continue to use it....I won't downgrade it too much though because I think it's a great product with good ingredients---It just isn't compatible with my skin in particular =/. I'd recommend it for those with extremely dry skin! I'll just use the rest of the jar on my arms and legs.

It's on my list to learn how to make my own lotion with honey...but this is the next best thing and I feel good knowing it's gone the stringent USDA Organic certification process. I've noticed many product say "ORGANIC" but no USDA certified. Feels good, my skin likes it! I need to see if there's an all over body lotion!
