HDE Case for iPad 2 3 4 Leather Case - Professional Folio Cover with Smart Magnetic Closure, Multiple Viewing Angles and Document Pocket for Apple iPad 2nd 3rd 4th Generation (Unicorns & Rainbows)

Mainly wanted this so I could sit up in bed and use my ipad which I find slippery and impossible to prop up without a cover. The case is a stiff and a tad heavy but I like it because it gives me something to hold onto. Maybe if I was traveling and looking for something more light weight and flexible it would have been a consideration. The window area around the screen is perfect and does not obscure any of the screen. All the camera and switch openings line up as they should and the case is securely held with velcro which does a good job keeping everything in place. I love the grooves or ledges that allow you to choose the incline to prop up the ipad. They are secure and hold up the ipad much better than some cases which only have narrow grooves that allow continual slipping. The magnetic cover works well to shut down the ipad when you close it and wakes up as soon as the front cover is removed.

I still have the old Ipad 2 from 6 yrs ago. I was needing to replace the case/cover I had as the outside cover was flaking. Found this and it works. My old one was kind of the same style, in fact I like this one better because of the bumps for you to fold up so it stays. My old one just had 'dents' to fold up the case to sit up on and was not sturdy sometimes as it would slip. This holds the position very well. Good value for the money too! A convenience feature I didn't mind, as magnetic closure opens it automatically turns the Ipad on, once you close it, also shuts it off. I read one negative reviewer complaining that if it didn't align it wouldn't shut off the Ipad. I haven't had any issues, works fine for me.

Not a terrible product, but it has a couple of annoying flaws. Really a pity, because the design is good, and I really want a case with an outside pocket.First, the color is a bit lighter than it looks online. Second, the camera hole doesn't line up quite right (and I *do* have the correct iPad, since it fits quite nicely otherwise. Third, and most important, the magnetic closure is very, very weak.

I needed a new case for my iPAD and looked through the myriad of options available on Amazon. This one was inexpensive and seemed to fold up the way I wanted for viewing at a table or on my lap. I worried about the quality since the price was so low but I thought I would give it a try.Wow! Was I impressed. This is a nice leather case that looks and feels very nice and is of high quality. The case is fairly think so it protects well against falls and the strips that hold the screen in place when viewing horizontally are very study.You won't be disappointed!

This case is fine in most aspects, but has a defect. the black border pocket / sleeve that the ipad slides into has a tab with a velcro strip on it. however, the other velcro strip that it's supposed to cling to in order to hold the ipad in the sleeve, is misplaced. it's on the opposite end of the cover. in other words, the receiving velcro strip is in the completely wrong spot - neither piece of velcro has a corresponding strip to attach to. Not sure if this is a defect that happened only on the case that I got, or if it's a design flaw - but it's certainly a defect.

My boyfriend and I share an older iPad that has cracks on the black part of the border/frame. We use it watch movies, so the prop up feature is essential. This case does not only cover up the cracks of the iPad, it also comes with a screen protector. I love the color, texture of the material, and durability of the case. It was really important to get a case that props up like this one does, instead of folding into a rolled up triangle like the other cases out there. The iPad now looks like new and we love it.

Case fits perfect for my iPad 3. I've used it for a few days and the quality seems great. I love the pattern and the colors are so pretty and bright! I ordered another one (in Brown) for a family member who has iPad 2 and she also thinks it's great.

Love love loooove this case. Pleasantly surprised by its durability, vibrant colors and how well the tan and purple work together. So happy I got this. I don't think is necessary to have the 360 rotation cases since I don't use my iPad vertically often, if at all. The case stands up very well on the 3 steps provided. The additional pocket is a nice touch that I'll have to get use to since I've never had one before. I don't see this case breaking down on me anytime soon.
