I wish I created this! This set of resistance bands is perfect for ANYONE at any level! It’s so easy to change the grips, the bands, you can even use multiple bands at once to increase the resistance.My oldest son is an athlete and works out hard and these give him a great workout. My younger son is not as athletic and he also gets a great workout from these. And I work, sitting, long hours every day and these are perfect for me, too! I can take 5 or 10 minutes and use the bands and get my blood pumping and I’m feeling great!They come in a nice case that’s small enough to put in a suitcase or a bag so you can travel with them as well.I love these and recommend them to people all the time now!

Ordered March 29th, received April 2nd, so I was extemely pleased with the quick turn-around. I got these because my gym is closed due to the Commie Flu and could not find a decent set of resistance bands in any of the stores. I'm not a huge fan of resistance bands, but these have been awesome in providing a decent workout. No problems as of yet. I suggest finding out all of the ways these can be used, it helps. There are plenty of ideas you can find on YouTube. Keep sweatin'!

My husband & I are traveling to Italy for 2 weeks & we wanted to find some exercise equipment that will be a great workout plus compact enough to fit in our luggage👍👍I looked at a hunch of different ones & I’m so glad I went with this set! The product is very well made and I love that the bands are stackable to create a custom weight! Overall great resistance band set! And fits very nicely in my luggage😀 Provides great workout & very convenient 😀. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I love these for doing squats first thing in the morning. They really help me keep my balance and resistance is great.

The bands are designed for very beginner workout folks. They are very thin and insufficient to stand up to serious training for more than a few uses before breaking. Was very disappointed with the quality when received. Probably will return them and seek thicker and more durable bands.

The media could not be loaded. These bands offer only a small fraction of the resistance they advertise. I was initially shocked at how easy it felt to work with the "50 pound" black band and tried to add more. Either I can curl 150 pounds for dozens of reps or these don't offer anything close to what they say.I rigged up a test with my 30-pound dumbbell. Keep in mind this is all 5 bands or "150 pounds" of advertised force. I can fully extend my arms without even lifting the weight off the ground. Gripping in the middle of the bands, the weight starts to lift only after the bands are stretched to around double their natural length.

I'm afraid to say these aren't miracle bands. You're not going to get in shape if you just leave them in the bag. ;) I have been using these with a friend every day for 15 minutes. We LOVE THEM! We have already started to see results. Start with the yellow bands then work your way up to green, red, blue, then black. But most importantly... HAVE FUN! :)

I love this kit. I get a great workout and love that once I'm done I'm able to put everything away. Totally recommend.
