do they come with the plants?

Yes. Little air plants make up the “hair” on the little figurines

Do they need to be misted when they arrive or do they need to wait a couple of days?

You can mist them as soon as they arrive. You didn't ask, but they are glued in, and I used a screw driver and carefully dug them out. It is very hard to water them when they are glued in, and be able to drain them properly to avoid rot. I have mine sitting on the window sill, and they are very cute!

How do i make this plant grow and not *just* keep it alive?
