Good quality
Good quality lozenges, very effective, I can't use the gum but these have an easy taste on the palate. Recommend as a way to cut back or stop smoking

Good for helping with nicotine cravings. For myself I always buy the stronger 4mg. I find better value for money. Although not for everyone. I prefer the stronger 4mg where other people will not. Very effective in what it does. Good value for what I paid.

Haven’t vaped since 1st of January.
January the first came.3 monthes and 25 days later - I haven’t used a vape once.These have been massively helpful. They do give you wind, but I don't mind the taste and they soothe cravings within minutes. I like that they takeAbout half and hour to fully melt and give you continuous nicotine for this time.If you’re considering quitting - stick with it, know that the first three weeks are hell but you can do it. I don’t even think of my vape anymore. Nicotine cravings still exist though. I feel like the vehicle used to get nicotine into you is just different, but these are healthier than those vapes from china containg who knows what.You can do it! Take it day by day, pop a lozenge and try to occupy yourself with something. Download a free quote smoking app so you can track hours. Each hour, then day, then week, then month. Before you know it you’re thinking of the vape less and less.Hope this review helps someone out there!

These beat everything, you can suck one of these for a good hour, and it slowly releases the nicotine.These aren't like patches or gum, you actually feel the nicotine hitting in, and it really does help

Not bad
These are ok, not as good as the mini lozengers as they don’t taste as good and they’re bigger to fit in the gum but slightly cheaper.
