Great product, great customer service.
This product is better than expected at the price point. I weigh just under 200lbs and this thing holds me very well. I was concerned that this PT620 would be shaky, but when I do exercises, I try to do controlled movements, and it works just fine. If you're swinging like it's a monkey bar, you may have an issue, but my daughter (6 yrs old) swings all over this thing and it doesn't move at all for her. When I put it together, I did screw down the screws pretty tight, so that may assist in its security. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this again. I was debating on getting the PT600 over this product, but the customer service said that they are basically the same unit, but the PT620 is newer and is made specifically for Amazon. It looks to me like the PT600 has thicker pads. It turns out that I like the pads on the PT620 just fine, thicker pads may have been more uncomfortable.Of note... when unpacking, I noticed one of the armrests came with the stitching a little loose. It wasn't a big deal, but I emailed the company with photos and my address and they mailed out a new armrest the very next day. How could you not support a company like that!Great product, great price, great customer service. Also of note... I was going to leave a 5 star review before they sent out the new armrest. I just thought I'd say that because some people seem like they give a biased review based on receiving a free product or receiving good support, but the product is 5 stars for the price, AND they have great customer service to boot. :)

Solid
The delivery and setup - I was very pleasantly surprised to see how well the packaging was handled. All the components were placed in a very organized manner, each component protected. All the bolts, washers and nuts came in a sealed package, organized by code for easy reference in the instructions. The installation - I was able to build this myself with relative ease. You will need your own standard or socket wrenches, which I expected. There are two head sizes if I recall correctly. In the directions, they strongly suggest NOT tightening any of the bolts until it's assembled. Pay attention to this, it's important. This ensures that you get all the pieces together without a fight toward the end of the assembly. I followed the directions correctly, and everything went together very smoothly.Using the Power Tower - I am 6'1" and 200 pounds. In the two weeks I have owned this, I have completed over 500 pull-ups and over 600 dips. This tower has a very solid feel. It doesn't bend. The wobbling is minimal at worst. Now I have to disclaim that I am pretty strict with my movements, meaning that if I am struggling on my last rep, I am not kicking my legs to give me momentum. I will just continue pulling/pushing in a controlled manner to failure and lower myself down to rest. The wide pull-up grips and the dip bar grips are not comfort grips, so you'll just have to get used to it or wrap the grips. I did test it's stability by swinging back and forth, and it took a fairly good swing to get it to tilt over. Bottom line - the only reason the tower might feel unstable is if you aren't doing your movements right. This tower is very good for being under $100. I have used this extensively for the two weeks I have owned it. If anything changes I will update this review. In the meantime, get one of these and enjoy!EDIT: December 2018I have used this regularly since February, countless pull-ups and dips. Still holding up strong with no issues.

Good solid piece
I’ve had this since 2016, but have mainly been using it now in 2020. It breaks into 3-4 larger pieces for moving, which is nice. When you assemble it though do be careful that the uprights are as plumb (straight up and down) as possible because you can assemble it like this / / if done on a floor that isn’t level. A few observations as far as use: the upper bar that can be used for pull-ups or chin ups is a bit low in relation to the dip bars. I’m 5’11” and will hit my head on the bar of doing dips facing the unit as it’s meant to. Also, the hand grips for the dip bars are too thin and put a lot of pressure on your hands when using your body weight on them. The handles on the dip and hone at my gym are much thicker and easier on the hands, so I use the bars closer to the base of the unit for dips instead. Lifting gloves help for use on the regular dip handles, but meh. Back to the upper bar, I find the widest set handles on the outside are too wide set, angled a bit much, and not grippy enough to be ideal. But they’ll do. Standing inside the unit doing pull-ups is a little tight. Overall this will work pretty well for home workouts and allow you to do major upper body compounds. Also a good unit to attach bands to the upper rod for triceps pulldowns and other stuff. Doesn’t scratch the floor, and the tubular construction is thick and reassuring. Pretty stable as well. Definitely have been getting my money’s worth as a multi tier clothes rack and now as a workout tool during the pandemic.

Perfect!
This power tower rocks, super sturdy. Came with all hardware and pieces. No dents no dings and even the welds look professional. Grips are great but ideal for indoors. Took about an hour to assemble. Instructions were clear and minimal tools needed. Found the size perfect for me at 5'11"

Great product for a reasonable price
Love this thing! It's exactly what I was missing in my workout and fits perfectly in my limited space. Everything came in a factory sealed box with just one minor scratch on one of the vertical pieces. It was easy to assemble and is sturdy.A couple minor grievances.1) I'm 210lbs and doing dips can be a bit shaky. I have to be really careful not to start bouncing up and down while doing them. The first time I tried it I almost went flying off. Pull ups and leg lifts are really solid.2) Because it's angled back my legs have a tendency to go towards the back rest. I understand it was designed this way for more stability but it took a little getting used to. Not a huge deal.
