I have tried so many probiotics/prebiotics. I have taken this one by Alaya for about six months now and have been very happy with it. My stomach seems more “settled” and I just feel better overall.

I really wanted to love this product unfortunately it made me extremely nauseous I have tried many probiotics, and none have made my stomach as sick as these unfortunately I can't return them to they went in the trash make sure when you're ordering supplement on Amazon you understand there is no refund I'm getting to think it best be just starting to by direct from the companies themselves

I bought these for my boyfriend who has been working out and changing his diet, and he says that they are easy to take and they haven’t caused any issues. He didn’t have any gut issues, but I love the Alaya collegen and greens so I stuck with the brand. Awesome brand and customer service.
